Terms of service

The terms and conditions of the Master Services Agreement located at https://www.blazeinfosec.com/legal/terms (the "Agreement") form an integral part of this Sales Order, Quotation or Statement of Work (the "Statement"). This Agreement expressly governs and applies to the services outlined herein (the "Services").

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of this Statement and the Agreement, the terms of the Agreement shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise in this Statement. By accepting this Statement, or by the execution of a work order that references this Statement, or by receiving any Services from Blaze Information Security GmbH, you are acknowledging that you have reviewed the Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions as they may be updated from time to time in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

In no event will any terms or conditions included in any purchase order or other document issued by you in connection with the Services, modify the terms of the Agreement or this Statement unless such modification is expressly agreed to in writing by Blaze Information Security GmbH.
