Blaze Information Security GmbH — Terms of service for online professional services orders (7 October 2026, AI alignment revision 2).

Each order accepted through this store is an Annexure under the Master Services Agreement (MSA, 7 October 2026, AI and DPA alignment revision 2) with Blaze Information Security GmbH. The product description and accepted order specify the purchased service, price and included scope; the MSA governs delivery, client prerequisites, scheduling, changes, cancellation and remedies. The Data Processing Addendum (DPA, 7 October 2026, AI alignment revision 2) is incorporated into that order to the extent Blaze processes personal data on the customer’s behalf. The DPA’s engagement particulars, finite retention periods, security measures, authorized subprocessors and any required transfer instruments must be completed or incorporated as specified there before the affected processing begins.

By submitting an order, the customer accepts the identified MSA and DPA versions and the product scope for that order. The acceptance date is the order’s Effective Date under the MSA. Blaze may choose AI tools and models within the agreed purposes, data categories and provider and transfer arrangements; a customer’s written restriction on a model, provider or AI use for its engagement overrides that permission prospectively. Blaze will stop the affected use promptly, and the parties will address any resulting alternative, scope, schedule or fee change under the MSA. The restriction alone does not create a separate refund right. Mandatory law remains applicable.

Where product details and the MSA conflict, the MSA’s precedence provisions apply. The DPA governs conflicting obligations for processing personal data on the customer’s behalf only; the MSA governs commercial terms and remedies subject to mandatory law and applicable transfer instruments. Terms in a customer purchase order do not amend these documents unless Blaze expressly agrees in writing. The versions identified at acceptance govern the order; later website publication alone does not change it. This store order is with Blaze Information Security GmbH.
